These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyAgentTee website and the purchase of our commemorative t-shirt products ("Products"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
1. Who we are
MyAgentTee ("we", "us") sells fixed-design apparel online. Contact: hello@myagenttee.com.
2. Agent-initiated orders
Our checkout flow may be started by an AI assistant on your behalf. You are responsible for any order submitted with your approval. Payment requires your confirmation through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not authorize your AI to charge your card without your consent at checkout.
3. Products and pricing
Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown on the site. We may change prices or availability; the price at checkout is the price you agree to pay, plus applicable taxes and shipping as shown by Stripe.
4. Orders and payment
When you complete payment, you offer to buy the Product at the stated terms. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply to payment processing.
5. Shipping
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on carriers. Risk of loss passes in accordance with carrier terms and applicable law once shipped.
6. Returns and refunds

7. Disclaimer
Products are sold "as described" on this site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties except where required by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, unless prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State you select only if required; if you need a specific jurisdiction, replace this section with advice from a qualified attorney.
